Application:Sodium tert-butoxide is used as a strong base and a non-nucleophilic base. Further, it finds use in agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, colorants, aroma chemicals, detergents and biodiesel. It acts as a catalyst in polymerization and isomerization reactions.
